A HAMPSHIRE haulage firm has high hopes for the future after adopting a new management system which will give employees more free time.

Transport manager Debbie Singleton says the firm hopes to re-establish a new work-life balance by automating processes and allow workers more time away from the office.

She said: “As we are a small company, at the moment I’m doing all the paperwork on a Saturday, so basically once all the new systems are in place I’m going to get my weekends back." ....
